Warp Sciences launches with $215 million to build AI-driven robotic chemistry labs
- Event
- Published
Warp Sciences emerged from stealth with $215 million to build a US chemistry research organization combining chemists, AI and robotics for drug-discovery experiments. The company has bought robotic arms and AI chips, but investor material says expert chemists will initially do much of the work and automation will increase progressively.
Why it matters
Warp is funding a closed loop between physical experiments and models, but today it is a financed lab buildout rather than a proven autonomous wet-lab service.
