Anthropic Adds Smart Reports, Surveys and Pooled Budgets to Claude Enterprise

Anthropic made three Claude Enterprise tools generally available: smart reports that analyze sampled team transcripts and costs, in-app surveys, and shared monthly group budgets. Availability depends on configuration, smart reports are capped at 10 per organization each month, and Anthropic says they are not for individual performance or employment decisions.
Why it matters
Enterprise AI buyers are getting tools to tie model spending to work outputs, but the transcript analysis also raises governance and privacy questions for employers.
